Conditions and Terms of Delicious Korean

Section 1: Purpose

These Conditions and Terms establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Delicious Korean (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users in relation to the services provided by the Company. These services include educational content, 1-on-1 coaching, and community interactions.

Section 2: Definitions

For the purpose of these Conditions and Terms, the following definitions apply:

1. "Company" refers to Delicious Korean.
2. "User(s)" refers to both members and non-members who access and use the Company’s services.
3. "Member(s)" refers to users who have registered and created an account with the Company.
4. "Non-member(s)" refers to users who use the services without creating an account.
5. "Service(s)" includes educational videos (pre-class, main lecture, post-class videos) and 1-on-1 coaching sessions provided by the Company.
6. "Content" refers to all educational materials, including videos, lesson recordings, and downloadable resources, provided by the Company.
7. "Community" refers to the platform space where users interact using their real names and send direct messages to each other.
8. "Session(s)" refers to 1-on-1 coaching sessions that users purchase.
9. "Personal Data" refers to any information that can identify or make identifiable an individual user, such as name, email, or voice recordings.

Section 3: User Responsibilities

1. Account Security

   Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their ID and password. Users should not share their login details with third parties, and the Company will not be liable for any losses arising from such actions.

2. Use of Services

   Users must use the services provided in a lawful and respectful manner. The misuse of services or content, including sharing, distributing, or using the content for commercial purposes without the Company’s written consent, is strictly prohibited.
